A New Year, A New Plan and New Outlook

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

While I have never been one to traditionally set New Year's Resolutions, I decided to establish a new year plan instead. Resolutions seem easily forgotten. A plan is given thought. A plan has an end game - anticipated results.

That's where all of you come in! I am now accountable to all of you to follow my plan, or will be once it is in place. Why? Well, I plan on sharing parts of it with you. There is no journey without friends to share it with!

First things first, though. Alicia and I have a self imposed deadline fast approaching. Hell on the Heart will be released April 15, 2016! We've surprises between now and then and the best place to find out about them will be to subscribe to my newsletter!

In the meantime, don't forget to pick up your copy of Hell In Heels!

God, but I love this cover! Okay, okay. Time to focus. New year, new plan and new way of work. It will take me at least three months of due diligence to change bad behaviors, but only if time boundaries are respected by myself and others. Writing may come easy for some, but for me, one interruption and it takes me forever to get back into my world.

Think of it as if you were in a science fiction movie. One day you are walking along, minding your own business and suddenly ripped from the earth and dropped onto another world. You stand there blinking. Disoriented. Exactly how I am when I am interrupted from whichever story I am writing or plotting. It's too hard to wrap my head around the specifics to understand what is going on around me.So, due deligience it is!

Oh, mark your calendars. Alicia and I will be attending Once Upon A Book Author Signing in Frankenmuth, Michigan in August. We'd love to see you there! More to come on that once the details are finalized as well as our next project Hell On the Heart.

Don't mind the mess behind my fur grandbaby, Cash. Alicia is temporarily living in my library. Just goes along with living in an old house. We decided to close off the upstairs this year to save on heating costs. So she is stuck in the library. How she got Cash to sit so still, is amazing. She must have had food.

Yes, I LOVE all animals! Would love to live on a farm and take in every stray if I could, and yes, I am exactly why my daughter is the way she is!!! Anyhow, Cash believes he is a lap dog when he is far from it. He is huge! I really don't know if he is sure he is a dog. lol Cash only visits nowdays, though we have an old man cat whom you will get to see in the future. I would LOVE to see pictures of your furbabies!!! Send them my way when you sign up for my newsletter!

You won't have to worry about me spamming you with a dozen or so newsletters. I'll only send them out once or twice a month. I, like you, hate getting newsletters that say the same thing over and over again. Pinky promise you won't get that from me. (Holds pinky out to you)

Next blog post will have instructions on how to sign up for our first giveaway and will include an excerpt. But, I think you deserve a couple of tidbits of information like there may be a novella coming out BEFORE Pete and Anna which will introduce a new character AND one to tie up the time between the end of Hell In Heels and the beginning of Hell On the Heart is also in the works. (SHHH! Alicia doesn't know this one yet. Zoey hasn't told Ryan yet! LOL) Okay, okay here is that graphic teaser and I'll see you soon!

Hope
